I’m originally from Toronto before moving to Hamilton in 2004. It is a city I love and one that will always be near and dear to me. As an adult, I have lived downtown in Cabbagetown, uptown in both the Bay/Bloor/Yorkville area and the Yonge/Eglinton area, and finally, in Don Mills, just behind the Bridle Path. While living there, I was very busy in the fashion world, working as a designer and pattern drafter in the high-end of the fashion industry with one of Canada’s most iconic fashion designers, Marilyn Brooks. At that time, I was not actively working in photography, so from this standpoint, my photography happens only when I visit. Unfortunately, I don’t get back often, but when I do, I always have my camera in hand to capture one of my favourite cities.
